Bash Art Creative provides a variety of multi media workshops for youth groups, community organisations and schools. We have worked on a number of educational projects in Scotland and Spain where we actively promote video as an educational tool.

We have vast experience in providing filmmaking workshops where we take the group through the whole filmmaking process. From script development and camera skills to directing and editing films.

This year we are involved in a Leonardo project where we will be working with partners in Paris and Lisbon to explore the role of video in contemporary education and will be creating a video tool kit which will enable teachers, NGOS, youth workers and others to implement video in their perspective roles.

We have worked with the BBC on the CSV employability project where we equip unemployed people with training skills in media. From our research and past experience we have found that media training increases confidence and enables people to gain invaluable skills from developing ideas,structuring scenes,through to organising and coordinating film shoots. Skills that are transferable to other industries. The participants get a chance to express their ideas, work as part of a team and develop their own ideas from the page on to the big screen.
